Hello all, My name is Hannah, and i am here for you. This blog is intended to be a source of inspiration, and help for people who are working on living a healthy lifestyle.

I started to make a change in my lifestyle last May when i found out I had high blood pressure and extreme hypertension. I wish I would have decided to make this change sooner, but here we are. I decided that i needed to change my outlook on life as well as make a valiant effort to treat my body with the love and respect it deserves. So, i decided that healthy eating, exercise, inspiration, and positive thinking would be my new goal.

The aim of this blog is dedicated to health and wellness. It will feature recipes, inspirational quotes, ideas for exercise, and success stories. I will feature different things that people can do to better their lives. Whether it is a healthy recipe for your family, a quick exercise you can do during the day, or a quote to inspire change. In addition, i will write my own posts, and experiences that you as a reader will hopefully relate to. I will also feature articles, and tips that will be beneficial to the you, and hopefully the content of my blog can draw you to wanting to read it and experience change for yourself.
